I was helped and served very quickly. The young man was super sweet and polite, hard to find that now days. Reassured me and answered all my questions. I don't remember his name but I have not ever had a bad experience here.

I always request my 4 tires and the rear mounted spare to be rotated in a cross pattern that wears all 5 tires evenly and prolongs their life. The staff are always happy to oblige me. And the service took less time than quoted. Great experience.! I definitely recommend Discount Tire. I like the El Cajon store. Always shorter wait times!
